Management by Infinity Rehab is seeking a top-caliber physical therapist for one of our in-house therapy partners in McMinnville, Oregon. You will provide outpatient & inpatient therapy for adults in a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.
Life Plan Community (CCRC) is a beautiful community of apartments, country homes, garden cottages and villas on 57-acres in the rolling hills of wine country. This nonprofit community is just minutes from downtown McMinnville and features multiple residences including independent living, assisted living, long-term skilled nursing, short-term rehab and memory support.

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist
Current state licensure
